Please visit our store to try our instruments, bows and accessories!
Merchandise featured on our website is representative of what is for sale in the store, however due to regular turn over of inventory there are sometimes slight discrepancies both in items available and listed price.
Merchandise purchased from our retail store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days for a full refund (except strings*). Items must be returned with the original packaging and accessories and in new condition. You must have a copy of the original invoice. Damaged or worn merchandise will not be accepted for return unless items are defective in material or damaged in shipping.
Instruments & Bows:
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase in its original packaging with your receipt within 14 days of your purchase. Instruments and bows must be returned in “as-new” condition. Otherwise, repair cost and depreciation due to damages may be charged. All instruments and bows have a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship. If you have received a damaged or defective instrument or bow, please contact us for a return and replacement.
**Strings**Please carefully inspect your strings upon receipt. Unopened strings may be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, strings installed on an instrument may not be returned or exchanged.
- Return your item(s) in original condition with original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice
- We do not provide a refund or exchange for any string (s) that has been installed on an instrument
- You will receive a refund in the same payment method that the purchase was made.
