RESONANCE Model RA208 Viola is an exceptionally valued student instrument. It is hand-crafted in China and professionally set up and adjusted at our Pittsburgh workshop by our expert luthiers. It features a flamed maple back, ribs and scroll and a solid spruce top with inlaid purfling. The viola is finished with genuine ebony fingerboard and fittings and a high-quality spirit varnish that enhances the tone quality from the aged wood. The instrument is set up with a custom-fitted French bridge and a Dominant String Set. The great quality tone and easy playability make this a good fit for beginner and intermediate students. This viola is available in 15", 15.5", 16" and 16.5".
